Refund policy

Every FATHERFIRST piece is printed on demand by our partner Printful when you order it. Because each item is made just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right. Email FatherFirstBrand@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A photo of the shipping label

We'll send a replacement at no cost to you. No need to return the original.

WRONG ITEM SHIPPED
If you received the wrong item, same process — email us within 14 days with photos and we'll ship the correct piece.

SIZING
Please check our size guide on each product page before ordering. Sizes run true to Bella+Canvas (tees, long sleeves) and Gildan (hoodies, crews) standards. Because items are printed to order, we can't swap sizes after the fact.
